Ok i know... TMI but i really need your help. I am 20 weeks pregnant. I concieved my baby the day before my husband was deployed to afghanistan. I never had a problem staying lubricated down there. Actually the sheets always ended up pretty wet. Now my husband is on his r&r leave and we had yesterday bt i was dry within minutes. I have noticed that since i was about 5 weeks, i have been pretty dry down there. It really made the painful so i had to stop him. Is my pregnancy causing me to be dry? My doc always says im fine during every appointment. is there anything i can do naturally to become more wet down there? Also will this continue after my baby is born? Any answers will help. Its not just that is painful. Its always kind of sore from being dry. I do not have an std and i have also been checked for uti's and yeast infections and i dont have either. i have tried using a lubricant so it doesnt bother me while i am out and about but i found that to be very messy.

When I was growing up, my Dad used to make what we called coffee crackers and cheese. He would take these big round crackers called either breakfast crackers or coffee crackers (I can't remember which one). Then he would put coffee, milk and a little sugar on top of the crackers in a bowl and mix it up. Then we would get some cheddar cheese to eat with it. Major problem. I own a '94 Honda Civic EX Coupe. My dash lights stopped working yesterday, but only when..?

..I turn on my headlights. When the parking lights are on, everything works fine. In addition to the dash lights, my taillights turn off too since they run off the same relay/fuse. All of the fuses are fine, I pulled and checked every fuse in both the dash box and the engine compartment. No loose wiring, no visible ends. Today, out of nowhere, my power windows decided they didn't want to roll down anymore, and my sunroof wont go back, as well as the SRS dash light staying on continuously when it never has before. On top of all this, I also lost both high and low beams on my left (driver's side) headlight, and the door speakers of my very overpriced stereo system stopped working but the back two, both subs, and the amp all work fantastically. I have limited knowledge of relays and most car maintenance, and even my friend studying to become an auto tech can't seem to find the problem. His only guess is that maybe the ECU is finally going to crap, but I'd never had this problem until after we checked all the wiring and fuses. Does ANYBODY know what just happened to my car??? (As a side note, since I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my problems, I have an aftermarket alarm system from Bicron. He suspected before that maybe the alarm was shorting out my lighting since its wired into the same relay.)

Ask for a MRI. Sometimes it will show edema or ischemia (is-keem-ea) that a CT could not detect. Sometimes an injury to the brain (stroke) will not show up until 3 days later. Sometimes people will not respond for days following a stroke, a seizure or a cardio-pulmonary collapse. If he continues to seize, it could be a while before you can say he will not wake up. If the doctor's cannot figure out what is going on with him, they should consult a neurologist. Sometimes when there is devastating injury, a person may have myoclonic jerking. It looks like a seizure but it isn't. It is very upsetting to the family. Don't give up hope yet. Keep talking to him. Research has shown that hearing is the last sense to leave the body. Is the EEG negative? Did it show any signs of brain activity? Usually, when the eyes are dilated, they are uniform, not irregular in shape. I think that means there is pressure inside the head. If that isn't corrected, permanent damage can be done....if not already. He really needs a neurologist called in. Insist on this if they try to take him off the ventilator. A brain death exam needs to be done before they should do that. Your family may have to make a very hard decision in the coming weeks to take him off the ventilator anyway if the physician(s) believe he is in a persistent vegetative state. Setting your feelings aside, would your father want to live like that? My hope is he will regain consciousness and will make progress in rehab. He has a long road ahead of him. I will keep him in my prayers. Hang in there sweetie!

Stress fracture or arthritis???!?

I am a reasonably fit, very active, 41 yr old woman. Have extremely active job(on feet 7-8 hrs), & use elliptical 3-4 X per week, 65 mins 7-7.5 miles. Suddenly, a week ago, the outer top & side of my left foot began hurting(don't recall getting an injury, but my job involves restraints & aggresive individuals, so it happens) quite badly. By the time I limped home from work, it was badly swollen. Never a problem before! I avoid MD visits other than emergency, so tried to tough it out for a week. But, it has been too swollen to even fit in my everyday shoes(other foot is fine), & it even wakes me from sleep. Finally called my MD. They call back, send me for xray at a radiology clinic & they say my MD will call me. 3 days later, never having even had anyone look at my foot, a secretary call me & says the MD didn't see a break, but it's arthritis. Now, this sounds odd to me. It's not even at a joint! It's midway up the long bone on the very side of my foot, and it's a precise quarter sized spot that hurts when pressed, or if I put any weight on that side, or even put my foot flat. It also hurts if I lift either of my 2 smallest toes. Does this sound like arthritis to anyone? I can barely work, nevermind workout, so any help is appreciated. PS- when I asked if he gave any instructions as to how to treat this "arthritis", she was silent for a minute, then said "noooooo". Is this professional? Does this MD just think I'm exagerating or something?

They're a business, they're only going to buy your house if they can turn around and re-sell it at a profit that makes it worth their time & energy. Its a sour deal for the seller unless you absolutely must sell your home fast. Something in throat/neck when swallowing.?

It started off tonight with no pain. Just a very very mild sensation of something in my neck/throat area when I swallowed. It is hard to pinpoint the spot exactly but it is kinda slightly to the left side of my lower neck. Feels like it's around the esophagus area if I had to guess. It is progressively getting worst and I can feel the lump or whatever it is when I swallow much more. It is becoming quite painful even when I'm not swallowing and my neck feels very tight. I can feel the pain/spot or lump when i turn my neck to the left and that hurts the most. I can't actually find a lump anywhere because it is deep in my neck/throat. Please help, what is this?? I am beginning to become very anxious, and the pain is getting worst. Again it is a very tiny spot.

Any idea what a 1982 Mongoose Two Four is worth?

I have an 82 Two Four that is mostly complete. It is only missing the seat, chain, tubes/tires, and brake calipers. The wheels are Araya blue anodized and it has a SR stem. The brake levers are dia compe and the frame only has light surface rust in a few spots. The serial number dates it to Jan 82 which is when they started with this model. It is also the same type of bike in the original Karate Kid. The only decal on it is on the seat mast.

I had aquired this boat from a gentleman here in collinsville, OK and i have no idea of who made it. It has two decals on the rear of the boat that say seaking but that is about it. The boat originally had a mercruiser sterndrive it looks like and maybe a chevy inline six. So that makes it a inboard\outboard but i have no clue about this things origin. I can also see where it had a army corp of engineers sticker on the side saying beaver lake with a three digit number above that. it has a plexigl front windshield and two sliding gl windows on the sides of the cuddy cabin. Definetly something from the 60's. The front windowshield says that right off. If you have any answers and history on this thing i would love to know. The more info the better.

I do take a lot of medications, but I've been on them for years. The only thing new in my regimen is an Omega-3 fish oil supplement I started taking. It's 2000 mg a day. heya everyone. got a question about running coaches for youngsters. im 16 at the moment and i have been running for about four years now competitively. i was very good for my age once in year 7 i achieved 2.20 in 800metres, which was apparently ranked 24th best in the country fort the age catogery which isnt bad for first year. anyway ive had the same two coaches all my life. they coach together. I have concerns about them though for the reason i am about to explain. they have both helped me alot since i started and they i was told by my dad they have a laid back attitude for children, to add fun to the session and get young people into running that way. in comparison to the other groups for the same team, they seem to have much harder sessions and a much more competitive mind. the other groups coaches make the effort to go to the meetings, yet ours don't, according to my dad because they dont want to push us, but i'm not too sure if thats right way to coach.

(There was no Indian restaurant in the vicinity). The raita was prepared and the meat dishes cooked, so they only need to be heated up. All I had to do was cook the rice. I had two helpers. I have never had a problem with rice and that first thing I did was put the kettle on to boil the water. (One part rice to two parts boiling water). My Austrian friend said that she just boiled the water, threw in the rice, waited 20 minutes and then drained it. My Swiss friend, who was married to a Chinese said that the water should be up to the first knuckle of your little finger (not practical if the water is boiling). I finally won the day and cooked it my way, but the other two were very skeptical.

i think you concentrated more on changing it then on what actually needed changing. i don't think "the independence road..." needs repeating, but if you want to, i wouldn't put the second one where you did as that stanza is more like a flashback (i know that's where it was originally). i think the stanzas you took out were a good choice. at this point, read through all of your revised poems from beginning to end (i'm sure you have each memorized at this point!) and try to read them like you've never read them before. if you do that, i think you will see where the changes were necessary and where they weren't. I had my daughter 8 months ago, in December. Because I had her via c-section, I waited a LONG time before having with my hubby again - as in 5 months long. Since then, we have only had a total of 3 times (I know, poor him, but I just haven't been in the mood since I'm always so tired after taking care of the baby, working, school, etc.,but this is besides the point), and each time we used contraception in the form of condoms and spermicidal lubricant. I never had a regular period before my childbirth, but since my menstruation cycle started back up again, I seemed to get my period every 28-32 days. The month of July, however, I did not get my period. It is now August, and I haven't had my period since June 17th. Is it possible that I could be pregnant? I guess I am asking this on here because I'm wondering if it's possible to get pregnant despite only having had 3 times and using contraception (properly) all 3 times. I have heard that women are more fertile after giving birth; is this true, and for how long does this last? (I didn't have again until 5 months after giving birth.) Also, I'm wondering if it's possible to have a normal menstruation cycle (semi-normal, anyways) right after giving birth and then slip back into an irregular cycle? I'm sorry for all the questions! If anyone could help me out, it would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance. :)

My suicidle thoughts have been going on for about a week now and i don't know what to do anymore. I suffer from bipolar, depression, adhd, and ocd. I am so worthless and a big mistake god should have never even put me here on earth because all i do is mess things up. I am never really truly happy anymore. My life has gone to h*** and i want the pain to all go away and i just want to die really bad. I cut and i want to pop pills. No body would even care if i was gone. I had a friends with benefits (fwb) a few months back. He decided to end it because of personal/moral issues. He will let you know when it is time. I would say if he shows signs of pain, stops eating and singing all together and sits fluffed up then it would be time in my eyes. You must feel right with the decision you make for your beloved pet. You want no regrets. I have had to make this decision many times with birds, dog, cats and some I have made bad choices with and regret. I kept the animal around for me and not for them. My best advice would be if he is still enjoying life let him be the minute you see otherwise it is time to let your little friend go. So sorry I know how hard it is. make sure you enjoy the time you have with him as much as possible and cherish the memories. when it is time mourn him but celebrate his life as well. Has anyone with banana allergy also experienced reactions to red pepper and carrots?

My 10 year old son started complaining about itchiness/tingling in mouth with banana's and melons, so he stopped eating them. He now complains that he has the same reaction with all raw peppers and raw carrots. He can eat cooked veggies with no problems though. I haven't found a link between the banana allergy and pepper/carrot allergy.

I think Imprint is pretty good, although it's not as good as MuggleCast. Andrew, Laura, Matt, Elysa & co (with maybe the exception of Elysa) just aren't as pionate about Twilight as they are about HP. You know, with MuggleCast they just love Harry Potter so much and it shines through every podcast they make, but with Twilight it seems more serious and businesslike. That's just my first impression, though -- there have only been 5 episodes of Imprint compared to 157 of MuggleCast. However, I have listened to ALL of those episodes. You don't need to switch over necessarily; MuggleCast weekly episodes are done and Imprint is doing the weeklys now. If you continue having trouble getting into Twilight, I wouldn't listen to Imprint because they discuss all four of the books. Hope this helps!

MMA not really accurate term?

Mixed martial arts. Wrestling, punching and stomping on someone is not really martial arts. Kicking and different martial arts techniques are. The term mixed martial arts is not really accurate. But those UFC fans dont care I'm sure. I have yet to see (and I've seen 50-60 MMA fights over the years) a skilled martial artist in anything other than jiujitsu. No skilled Te Kwon Do practitioners, no kung fu, no karate in it's true form, just some watered down Muay Thai (which is weak and popular only because of its cheap and violent nature). I would love to see a true martial arts 8th or 9th degree black belt who knew how to box and was quick enought to not let these UFC guys take him down. In a real streetfight, guys dont let you put them in submission holds. You guys mistakenly think good wrestlers can beat anyone in the world. Thats a joke. Its a scripted semi-real, pseudo violent sport that is new and will fade once people realize that it's not new anymore.
