I think you need to nurture this side of him! If he loves motors and cars maybe he will be an enginer when he grows up! He needs to be active, and have lots of outdoor play time. Maybe sign him up for toddler tumble cles, or gymnastics. If he is not afraid of anything he would probably love it.
