Anybody sold their house to a fast cash company? feedback please drawbacks postatives reputale companys?

I personally haven't done it, but its simple. They pay you a drastically reduced price very quickly. They're a business, they're only going to buy your house if they can turn around and re-sell it at a profit that makes it worth their time & energy. Its a sour deal for the seller unless you absolutely must sell your home fast. If you can afford to wait even a week or two you'd be better to hire a good Realtor and put it on the market at a really good price and let buyers bid for it.
