What do praise leaders pray for?

before and after worship, when the praise leaders pray in representation of the congregation in front of them, what should they pray for? I'm new at being a worship leader, and it sounds like my prayers are sounding a bit repetitive every week. It'd help if I sort of have a guideline on what to focus on when I pray so that the congregation can engage in it.
