What spray to use for lip piercing?

I've been told to use salt and water to clean the outside part of my lip, and others about using a spray. I was thinking of buying a spray because it's not much of a hle than always pouring salt in water and using a Q-tip =] So I was wondering, can I use any Anti-Bacterial spray? There are a couple pain reliever sprays I'm looking at in Walmart. Any will do or is there one specifically for lip piercing that I need to get?
