Does he love me or is this relationship over, please help!!?

To be honest, it sounds like you're better off without him. I know you say you love him, but the guy is playing with you. First he says "obviously nothing can happen between us again" then in the next breath says "Well, maybe. You never know". That's immature young male speak for he wants to sleep with you and you can be his dirty little secret. You're only 18 you have your whole life ahead of you (bet you're sick of hearing that, right?) You seem like a really lovely person - go find yourself a man that will give you the respect and love you deserve xx
