Should i get skate or burnout paradise for ps3?

i personally think that skate is the better buy, as it has moved away from the cliche controls of the tony hawk games, though at times some of the later challenges appear to be far too demanding. However, burnout appears to be far more popular, so i would advise going on www.gamespot.com and looking at the reviews and other info. there to help you make your decision.
