Please help :( whats wrong with my cat?

loss of appetite, when she drinks water she throws up yellow bubbly stuff, very skinny, does not have any muscle m at all, no longer grooms her self, doesn't poop but does pee, she wobbles when she walks but i just think it from no muscles. oh and the only thing she does is sleep, she hides most of the time. she doesn't meow. pale lips. and black rims on edges of her ears. please help i love my cat shes 6 years old, shes very sweet. i don't care if its one more week i get to spend with her. i just want her to be normal again.
