I hate wearing uniforms, is it all about CONTROL over others?

Life's short, we only got one life on this earth. When I graduated from school, it was like burn the damn uniform. Now I'm trying to find a job which doesn't require wearing a uniform. I drove a bus for 5 years and hated wearing it. The tie sucked, It wasn't me. Its all about controlling people to please the mes, when in reality the mes don't give a damn about you. You are a reflection of the way you dress and now that school is over I am never gonna conform just to please others and authority. I remember going to an inner city night club and wasn't let in because I wasn't wearing dress pants and a collared shirt.Whats wrong with jeans and a T-shirt? That kind of treatment makes me even more angry. Are we turning into a nation of sheep? Wind the clock back to the 70's and almost everyone was wearing casual dress in the workplace. Unless of course you were a Pilot,Cop, Ambulance officer, Fireman,Priest. Long distance Bus driver. Airport worker. Army, Navy, Airforce. Flight Attendant. Control can be a frightening word to some, is that what its all about CONTROL? Jeans, Cowboy boots, a T-shirt, and a flannel shirt for me. :-)
