What to do if a guy is calling you but does not ask you out?

Sounds like he's cheap and is trying to get out of paying for a date. If he gets you to come out with your friends that doesn't constitute a real date and he doesn't have to come out of his pocket to pay for anything. You say you met him at a club. Did he offer to buy you a drink or even a soda? That's what a guy who is really interested in you would do. It's the least he can do if he's taking up face time blocking you from meeting any other guys. When I go out to a club, I don't waste my time talking to any guys that don't buy me at least one drink. If I'm with my girlfriends, he should offer them drinks as well. If he doesn't that says a lot about him. Forget about this cheap a$$hole. He's not worth your phone, or face time. Trust. ';-)
