In the movie INCEPTION was the ending a dream or reality?

I think it was reality He spined the top twice the first time it fell when he paniced and wanted to make sure he wasn't dreaming then he walked on then somehow it spined again and wobbled a liittle but the movie ended to leave you guessing wether or not it was a dream. Or a dream come true :D
